Job Responsibilities Placement (80%)
- Build strong relationships with companies and hiring partners.
- Generate placement opportunities for students.
- Coordinate interviews and recruitment drives.
- Connect with HR professionals for hiring requirements.
- Maintain recruiter and student databases.
- Guide students in resume preparation and interview readiness.
- Follow up with recruiters regarding interview feedback.
- Coordinate internship opportunities and final placements.
- Occasionally visit corporate offices for placement tie-ups and recruiter meetings.
- Maintain placement MIS and reports.
Training Coordination (20%)
- Coordinate interview preparation sessions.
- Schedule aptitude and soft skills training.
- Coordinate workshops and guest lectures.
- Ensure students are placement-ready before interviews

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Only candidates with prior experience in Placement Coordination, Training & Placement, Corporate Relations, or Campus Recruitment should apply.
