Job Title: Executive Assistant to Managing Director (MD)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the Managing Director who will provide high-level administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage MD’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the MD
- Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS as required
- Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation bookings
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
- Follow up on tasks, meetings, and action items
- Assist in day-to-day business operations and coordination
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Flexible and adaptable with a proactive approach
Preferred:
- Experience working with senior leadership
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
