Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, grow online communities, and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, analytics, and digital marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely publishing.
- Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools.
- Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to create impactful campaigns.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with influencers and brand partners for promotional campaigns.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite).
- Basic understanding of social media advertising and campaign optimization.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite are a plus.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and KPI reporting.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
- Experience managing business social media accounts.
- Certification in digital marketing is an added advantage.

- Experience with influencer marketing.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Experience running lead generation and conversion campaigns.
