Job Summary
The HR Recruitment Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to meet the organization’s hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify hiring needs and prepare job descriptions
- Post job openings on portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, and company career pages
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
- Coordinate with department heads for hiring decisions
- Prepare offer letters and manage onboarding process
- Ensure smooth joining and documentation of new employees
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment process
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies
- Familiarity with MS Excel and HR software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience
- 4–5 years in recruitment or HR
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
