Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Content Creator to develop engaging content across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content that increases brand awareness, drives audience engagement, and supports marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Create original and engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Develop and execute content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals.
- Capture, edit, and publish photos, videos, reels, stories, and other multimedia content.
- Write compelling captions, scripts, and social media copy that reflect the brand voice.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and emerging platforms to identify content opportunities.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to support campaigns and promotions.
- Track and analyze content performance using social media analytics tools.
- Optimize content strategies based on audience insights and performance metrics.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar software.
- Experience with video production, editing, and graphic design.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of social media advertising and paid campaigns.
- Experience with influencer marketing and community management.
- Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
- Photography and videography skills.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
