We are looking for highly motivated Process Executives (Voice) with outstanding voice communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities to manage candidate interactions for our international hiring process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent phone presence, active listening capabilities, confidence in handling calls, and the ability to engage, influence, and build rapport with candidates effectively.
Candidates with a background in International BPO, Voice Process, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Customer Support, Telecalling, Talent Acquisition, or Client Interaction environments are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calling to potential and shortlisted candidates for recruitment campaigns.
- Handle inbound calls professionally while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
- Perform candidate screening and preliminary telephonic assessments.
- Build rapport and engage candidates through effective communication and persuasive conversation skills.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and relationship-building abilities.
- Manage candidate communication through calls, emails, chats, and follow-ups.
- Post and manage job advertisements across recruitment portals and job boards.
- Coordinate and track candidate pipelines throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports, recruitment trackers, and internal databases.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and recruitment teams to achieve hiring targets and timelines.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English with a neutral or clear accent.
- Excellent telephone communication and phone handling skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, influencing, and persuasion abilities.
- Outstanding active listening and conversation management skills.
- Strong customer handling and relationship management capabilities.
- Ability to communicate confidently with international candidates.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced, and performance-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication and internet applications.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 1+ year experience in International Voice Process / International BPO / KPO / Customer Support / Recruitment / RPO environment.
- Experience in U.S. recruitment, international hiring, telecalling, lead generation, or customer engagement will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills, strong phone presence, and high confidence levels are welcome to apply.
