Level: Data Management Engineer III
As a Data Management Engineer III at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.
Work you'll do
As a Data Management Engineer III on the AI & Engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying data quality and integration solutions that support enterprise-scale business needs.
- Lead discussions with business and functional stakeholders to understand requirements and assess impacts to technical architecture and business processes.
- Design, develop, and deploy Informatica Cloud and IDMC data quality solutions, including profiling, cleansing, parsing, standardization, matching, and duplicate record management.
- Create technical design documents, development standards, templates, and reusable assets to support consistent delivery across environments.
- Manage task automation, agent configuration, code migration, and deployment activities using GitHub, DevOps, CI/CD, and enterprise code management tools.
- Facilitate agile delivery activities, review deliverables, track progress, prepare status updates, and provide technical guidance to junior team members.

AI & Data professionals will work with our clients to:
- Design and modernize large-scale data and analytics platforms including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging cloud, edge and AI/ML technologies, platforms and methodologies for storage, processing.
- Leverage automation, cognitive and AI based solutions to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions
- Drive operational efficiency by managing and upgrading their data ecosystems and application platforms, utilizing analytics expertise and providing As-a-Service models to ensure continuous insights and enhancements.
Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai
Qualifications
Required:
- 6-9 years of experience implementing master data management (MDM) or master data governance (MDG) solutions using Collibra
- 1-3 years of experience using SQL, Unix, and shell scripting
- Experience supporting at least 1 end-to-end Collibra implementation project
- Experience with Collibra Data Governance Center (DGC) configuration for business glossary, data taxonomy, data ownership, workflows, and data quality rules
- Experience integrating Collibra with interfacing systems using connectors or custom adapters, including tools such as ServiceNow or HP ALM
- Experience supporting testing phases, including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) defect resolution
- Support Production deployment and Warranty support phases
- Should be well versed with understanding of design documents like HLD, LLD etc.
- Experience in different kinds of testing phases like unit testing, system integration testing.
- Experience to work in onshore/offshore delivery model.
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), Master of Computer Applications (MCA), Master of Science (M.Sc), or equivalent degree
Preferred:
- Experience in data modeling implementation
- Experience in User acceptance testing
- Experience participating in client meetings and stakeholder interactions
