Important Work Structure Details
- Phase 1 (Initial Months): 100% Work from Home (Remote).
- Phase 2 (Upcoming): The role will permanently transition into a traditional Office Job at our upcoming location. Along with the shift to the office, your salary will be revised to a significantly higher, competitive market rate based on your performance and dedication.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, modify, and finalize detailed architectural blueprints, floor plans, sections, and elevations,etc.
- Read, interpret, and accurately translate drawings or structural concepts.
- Ensure smooth coordination with the team to implement revisions quickly and accurately.
- Maintain organized drawing files, layers, and blocks according to standard drafting protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Expert AutoCAD Skills: Absolute command over the AutoCAD application. You must know how to run the software smoothly and be thoroughly familiar with all tools, commands, shortcuts, and layer management.
- SketchUp Proficiency : Foundational knowledge of SketchUp basics. You must be able to handle 3D modeling and basic design tasks independently.
- Drawing Literacy: Excellent ability to read and correctly interpret complex architectural and structural drawings without errors.
- Home Setup: You must own a personal laptop or PC capable of running both AutoCAD and SketchUp efficiently, along with a stable internet connection for the initial remote phase.
