Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative will focus on engaging with car owners who have expressed interest in XPEL products, converting leads into customers, and ensuring a seamless handoff to our authorized installation partners.
Core Duties

Contact and engage inbound leads generated through social media, digital marketing campaigns, and other XPEL lead-generation activities.

Qualify customer requirements, including vehicle type, protection needs, timelines, and budget.

Educate customers on the benefits of XPEL Paint Protection Film (PPF), ceramic coatings, and other XPEL solutions.

Recommend appropriate XPEL products based on customer requirements.

Provide pricing information and address customer questions and objections in a professional manner.

Follow up consistently with prospective customers to maximize conversion rates.

Convert qualified leads into confirmed installation appointments.

Coordinate with authorized XPEL installation partners to ensure timely scheduling and customer handoff.

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities within CRM systems.

Monitor lead status and ensure timely follow-up on all assigned opportunities.

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to improve lead conversion performance.

Provide feedback regarding customer preferences, market trends, and competitive activity.

Deliver a premium brand experience that reflects XPEL's market-leading position.
Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field preferred/equivalent experience.

Minimum 2-5 years of inside sales, telesales, customer sales, or automotive sales experience.

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and conversion goals.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and follow-ups.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

Experience using CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
