Production Team Member
Job Summary
We are looking for hardworking and responsible Production Team Members to support manufacturing and production activities. The candidate will assist in machine operations, material handling, quality checks, and maintaining smooth production processes.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily production and manufacturing activities
Operate machines and equipment as instructed
Handle raw materials and finished products safely
Perform basic quality checks on components
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Follow production schedules and supervisor instructions
Report machine or production issues to supervisors
Follow company safety and quality standards
Assist other departments when required
Requirements
ITI/Diploma/PUC or equivalent qualification preferred
Experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred
Basic knowledge of production processes and safety procedures
Ability to work in shifts and under production targets
Good teamwork and communication skills
Physically fit for shop floor activities

Salary
As per industry standards
Pay: ₹8,514.24 - ₹43,892.68 per month
