About the Role
We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager to manage our digital presence and build our brand across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, digital marketing, and generating quality leads through social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Develop creative campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, influencers, and the marketing team.
- Write compelling captions, reels concepts, and marketing copy.
- Manage the social media content calendar and ensure timely posting.
- Monitor comments, messages, and customer engagement.
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and implement innovative ideas.
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns to generate high-quality real estate leads.
Desired Profile
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Experience in the Real Estate industry will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools is an advantage.
