Role Overview
The Customer Relationship Executive / Manager will be responsible for converting enquiries into confirmed registrations while delivering an exceptional participant experience across TFN and other cycling and corporate events. The role includes lead management, customer relationship building, digital engagement, and supporting the planning and execution of cycling tours, community rides, corporate events, and experiential programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed registrations by explaining event details, packages, benefits, and the registration process.
- Handle enquiries received via phone, WhatsApp, email, website, and social media platforms.
- Build strong relationships with prospective participants through timely follow-ups and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team on lead generation campaigns, digital promotions, and social media engagement.
- Maintain accurate lead records, CRM updates, daily call reports, and conversion trackers.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure seamless participant onboarding and support.
- Support the planning and execution of TFN, corporate cycling events (e.g., Know Your Power), community cycling rides, short cycling tours, partner activations, and other cycling or experiential events.
- Coordinate participant registrations, logistics, vendors, volunteers, sponsors, and on-ground event operations.
- Assist in participant communication before, during, and after events, and prepare post-event reports and feedback summaries.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead conversion and registration targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Experience in telecalling, sales, customer relationship management, or event promotions.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to multitask in a target-driven environment.
Preferred
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, customer support, telecalling, event management, or customer success.
- Interest in cycling, endurance sports, outdoor events, or community engagement is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel and work during weekends, holidays, and event days as required.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
