About the Role
Green On India is seeking a highly motivated and target-oriented B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales of packaging materials, raw materials, kitchen supplies, industrial consumables, or related products.
This role involves lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets across manufacturing, food processing, hospitality, retail, and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field sales, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Develop and manage relationships with manufacturers, food industries, hotels, caterers, wholesalers, distributors, and commercial establishments.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
- Monitor customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy receivable records.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle:
- Lead Generation → Lead Qualification → Client Meetings → Follow-ups → Order Closure → Payment Collection → Customer Retention
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or field sales.
- Experience in packaging materials, industrial supplies, kitchen supplies, raw materials, FMCG distribution, or related sectors preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
