Job Description:
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth shop-floor operations.
- Allocate work to operators and monitor productivity targets.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the production team to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
- Monitor machine performance and report maintenance requirements.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Maintain discipline and safety standards across the production area.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Prepare daily production reports and update management on progress.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and implementing process improvements.
- Candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
