Roles & Responsibility:
1. Aligning the next day service orders to the field workers.
2. Confirming with the customers one day prior
3. Responsible for payment collection
4. Maintaining the CRM and other work sheets where it has to be updated on hourly basis
5. Maintaining service quality.
6. Maintaining the Job sheet as per company requirement
