A leading manufacturing company based in Gujarat, India is looking for an experienced professional for Learning & Development and Employee Engagement initiatives.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to manage Learning & Development initiatives along with employee engagement activities in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for conducting training programs, organizing events, and creating a positive and engaging workplace culture.
- Design and implement Learning & Development (L&D) programs for employees
- Conduct training sessions on soft skills, behavioral skills, and professional development
- Identify training needs through assessments and performance reviews
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities such as team-building events and cultural programs
- Coordinate and manage internal and external events
- Work closely with HR and leadership to improve employee satisfaction and retention
- Manage the complete training cycle including content creation, delivery, and feedback
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Foster a positive work culture within the manufacturing setup
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality management standards
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in Learning & Development / Training / Employee Engagement
- Experience in a manufacturing company preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Experience in training delivery and facilitation
