We are looking for a passionate, empathetic, and skilled Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy Nurse who is committed to improving patients' quality of life through evidence-based pelvic floor rehabilitation and personalized care. Pelvic floor rehabilitation plays an important role in managing conditions such as urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, bowel dysfunction, and post-surgical recovery.
About the Role
As a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy Nurse, you will work closely with our surgeons, physiotherapists, gynecologists, urologists, and patient care team to provide comprehensive rehabilitation and education for patients suffering from pelvic floor dysfunction.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in pelvic floor assessment and rehabilitation programs.
- Educate patients regarding pelvic floor anatomy, bladder and bowel health, lifestyle modifications, and home exercise programs.
- Support patients before and after pelvic surgeries with rehabilitation guidance.
- Assist in administering and monitoring pelvic floor therapy sessions.
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic medical records.
- Coordinate care with consultants, physiotherapists, and nursing teams.
- Provide compassionate counselling while maintaining patient dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
- Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are followed.
- Guide patients regarding rehabilitation compliance and long-term recovery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient education programs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM with valid nursing registration.
- Experience in Women's Health, Urology, Physiotherapy Assistance, Rehabilitation, or Pelvic Health is preferred.
- Freshers with strong interest in pelvic rehabilitation are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and patient counselling skills.
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-centric attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
