We are looking for a detail-obsessed Final Quality Inspector to ensure every EV leaving the workshop meets factory-grade quality standards. You will be the last line of control before delivery, responsible for eliminating defects and ensuring a flawless customer handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct final inspection of vehicles before customer delivery (post-service / PDI)
- Perform comprehensive quality checks across mechanical, electrical, and EV-specific systems
- Identify and rectify fitment issues, noises, warning alerts, and finish defects
- Validate completion of all repair orders and job cards
- Ensure adherence to OEM quality standards and inspection protocols
- Coordinate with technicians and advisors to close gaps before delivery
- Maintain proper inspection documentation and reporting
- Support test drives and validation runs when required
- Ensure zero-error delivery and customer satisfaction
Key Skills Required
- Strong technical knowledge of automobiles (EV preferred)
- High attention to detail and quality orientation
- Ability to identify subtle defects and inconsistencies
- Basic understanding of diagnostic tools and DMS systems
- Process-driven and disciplined approach
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to drive 4-wheelers (mandatory)

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 2–5 years in automobile service / quality inspection
- Industry Preference: Experience with OEM dealerships / EVs preferred
