Responsibilities-
Generate new business opportunities in domestic and international BPO.
- Lead generation via LinkedIn, email, cold calling and networking.
- End-to-end sales cycle management.
- Proposal, pricing and negotiation handling.
- Coordinate with operations for onboarding.
- Maintain CRM and pipeline tracking.
Skills Required
- Strong BPO sales and business development experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience in international client handling preferred.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 3–8 years experience in BPO/ITES sales.
