We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our sales team and take responsibility for contacting leads, understanding their requirements, promoting Filumart's solutions, and converting qualified leads into successful customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to assigned leads and prospects.
- Follow up with leads through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other business communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and explain Filumart's products/services.
- Convert qualified leads into customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until closure.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Update lead status and sales activities in the CRM/system.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate additional leads when required.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, lead generation, or business development preferred.
- B2B sales experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident and persuasive telephone communication.
- Strong follow-up and lead-closing ability.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to communicate professionally with business customers.
