Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Content Editor / Copy Editor to ensure the accuracy, clarity, and consistency of content across academic, research, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and refining content to meet high-quality standards while maintaining the brand’s voice and tone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and edit content for grammar, clarity, tone, and structure
- Proofread academic, research papers, blogs, and marketing materials
- Ensure consistency in formatting, style guidelines, and brand voice
- Identify and correct errors in language, punctuation, and syntax
- Perform quality checks before publishing content on web/app platforms
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, and marketing teams
- Verify facts, data, and references where applicable
- Maintain content quality standards across all deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in content editing, proofreading, or quality analysis
- Strong command of English grammar and writing standards
- High attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Skills
- Experience in academic or research content editing
- Knowledge of style guides (APA, MLA, Chicago, etc.)
- Experience with tools like Grammarly, Hemingway, or similar

- Detail-obsessed and quality-driven
- Strong logical and analytical thinking
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to maintain consistency across large volumes of content
- Freshers with strong knowledge in MS office.
