Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Administration Executive to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our Jaipur office. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning, coordinate with internal departments and external vendors, maintain workplace facilities, and provide administrative support to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure seamless office operations.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, pantry, transport, and facility management services.
- Maintain office infrastructure and coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory, ensuring timely procurement.
- Coordinate with vendors for administrative services and maintain vendor records.
- Process and maintain administrative bills, invoices, and documentation.
- Handle courier, postal, and document dispatch activities.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and logistics as required.
- Ensure meeting rooms are organized and ready for internal and external meetings.
- Support onboarding by arranging employee workstations, ID cards, and other administrative requirements.
- Assist in organizing company events, employee engagement activities, and meetings.
- Maintain records of office assets and ensure proper asset tracking.
- Ensure compliance with office safety, cleanliness, and workplace standards.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and other departments for administrative support.
- Perform any other administrative responsibilities assigned by the management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5 years of experience in Office Administration, General Administration, or Facility Management.
- Experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
