Job Overview
We are looking for passionate and experienced Training Faculty (Online) to deliver engaging virtual training sessions for skill-based and career-oriented courses. This role is ideal for professionals who can train learners with practical knowledge, real-world insights, and industry best practices.
This is not a school or tuition teaching role. We are specifically seeking trainers who can teach professional skills, tools, and job-oriented courses that improve employability and career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live online training sessions for skill-based programs
- Deliver practical, industry-focused learning experiences
- Prepare structured lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments
- Teach concepts using real-world case studies, tools, and examples
- Evaluate learner progress and provide personalized feedback
- Resolve learner queries and support their skill development journey
- Maintain class engagement and ensure interactive sessions
- Track attendance, course completion, and training reports
- Collaborate with academic and operations teams for smooth program delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in training, teaching, mentoring, or industry coaching
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain concepts clearly in a practical manner
- Good command of English and Malayalam preferred
- Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, LMS platforms, and digital tools
- Laptop and stable internet connection are mandatory
