Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintenance & Repairs: Conducting routine inspections, lubricating machinery, fixing fixtures, and performing basic repairs (plumbing, lighting, painting).
- Cleaning & Janitorial: Mopping, sweeping, and maintaining cleanliness in lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and restrooms.
- Security & Safety: Locking/unlocking doors, patrolling the building, checking fire equipment, and ensuring compliance with fire and safety regulations.
- Grounds Upkeep: Landscaping tasks such as mowing lawns, weeding, watering, and cleaning driveways.
- Waste Management: Managing waste disposal and recycling, including moving bins for collection.
- Tenant/Resident Relations: Assisting with tenant inquiries, accepting deliveries, and managing key access.
- Contractor Liaison: Monitoring the work of external contractors and tradespeople, such as cleaning or repair crews.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
