Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO

Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO in managing daily tasks, communications, and strategic coordination. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Draft professional emails, letters, and internal communications
- Coordinate and follow up on tasks assigned by the CEO
- Prepare meeting agendas, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and reports
- Handle travel arrangements and event coordination when required
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Maintain documents, records, and confidential files
- Assist in basic research and data compilation for decision-making
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- 1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in english
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email drafting
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Professional and presentable personality
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
