Job Summary
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by generating new leads, developing strategic relationships with clients identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and market research.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors and builders.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate investment opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–8 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in real estate.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
