About The Role
The Assistant, Redressing supports quality assurance operations within DKSH's Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) business in Cambodia by carrying out product redressing activities at the warehouse in full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and DKSH's policies. This role contributes directly to product quality and operational efficiency within the redressing function.
What You Will Deliver
Carry out daily product redressing activities at the warehouse and redressing area in accordance with instructions from the Team Leader, established SOPs, and DKSH's policies
Ensure redressing materials are correctly and securely applied to products in line with specified instructions
Maintain smooth and compliant redressing process flows in adherence to established SOPs
Ensure the redressing area consistently meets the 7S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety, and Spirit) workplace organization requirements
Drive continuous self-development in Supply Chain Management capabilities and DKSH leadership behaviors as part of an ongoing personal growth mindset
Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required
What You Bring
Secondary School or High School qualification
Up to one year of experience in a similar role; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Working knowledge of repacking, redressing, and relabeling processes
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and practices
