About the Role
KrazyTrip is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Holiday Package Adviser who can understand customers' travel needs and help them plan the right holiday.
The role involves talking to customers, suggesting destinations, creating customized travel itineraries, preparing holiday packages, and converting enquiries into bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Talk to customers and understand their travel plans, preferences, and budget.
- Suggest suitable destinations, hotels, activities, transportation, and travel experiences.
- Create customized holiday packages according to customer requirements.
- Prepare simple and attractive travel itineraries.
- Explain package details, prices, inclusions, exclusions, and travel conditions to customers.
- Follow up with customers who have shown interest in a package.
- Convert travel enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, airlines, and other travel partners.
- Make changes to itineraries based on customer requirements.
- Provide customers with useful information about destinations and travel plans.
- Suggest additional services or experiences when suitable for the customer.
- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries and bookings.
- Stay updated about popular destinations, hotels, seasons, and travel trends.
- Coordinate with the operations team after a booking is confirmed.

Experience
1–3 years of experience in travel sales, holiday packages, tourism, or travel consultation is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills, travel knowledge, and a strong interest in the travel industry may also apply.
