We are looking for an experienced Sampling Master with 15+ years of expertise in garment sampling and pattern development. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage the entire sampling process efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop patterns as per buyer specifications, tech packs, and design requirements.
- Handle garment sampling and ensure timely sample development.
- Coordinate closely with merchandising, design, and production teams for smooth execution.
- Guide, train, and supervise the sampling team to achieve quality and delivery targets.
- Ensure sample accuracy in terms of fit, construction, measurements, and workmanship.
- Monitor sample timelines and maintain adherence to buyer requirements.
- Suggest technical solutions and improvements for better garment construction and production feasibility.
