We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing, who is creative, analytical, and passionate about digital technologies. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, CMS, creatives, and video campaigns.
You will collaborate with marketing, creative, sales, and technology teams to ensure campaigns are executed on time, on budget, and deliver optimal results.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize B2B digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, email marketing, CMS, display, and video channels.
- Create high-quality content, graphics, and video assets for campaigns and social media.
- Monitor, measure, and report campaign performance against KPIs, ROI, and conversion goals. Analyze audience insights, trends, and behavior to optimize campaigns and budgets.
- Collaborate with teams to design and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels.
- Brainstorm and implement new strategies for lead generation and audience engagement.
- Conduct A/B testing and conversion optimization experiments.
- Use analytics tools like Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO/CMS tools to track and improve performance.
- Ensure all campaigns align with business and sales objectives.
- Stay updated on emerging tools and digital marketing trends to enhance performance.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing.
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn marketing, SEO, CMS (WordPress), email marketing, and display/video campaigns.
- Expertise in landing page optimization, conversion funnels, and tracking performance.
- Proficient in website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4).
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz.
- Skilled in content creation, creatives, and video campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Up-to-date with the latest B2B digital marketing trends and best practices.
