HRIS Specialist (Modules: Absence Management, Benefits, Talent Management)
The HRIS Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end support, configuration, governance, and continual improvement of the Workday platform. This role spans operational support, advanced troubleshooting, configuration design, release management, and advisory partnership with HRBPs globally, Group Rewards, HR Shared Services and Payroll.
The incumbent serves as both a technical expert and a functional advisor, ensuring system integrity, data accuracy, process efficiency and alignment with enterprise standards and templates.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Support
L1 Support
- Perform basic troubleshooting
- Maintain knowledge base documentation including FAQs, QRGs (Quick Reference Guide) and SOPs.
- Provide communication support for system updates and changes.
L2 & L3 Troubleshooting
- Conduct deep triage of complex cross-module Workday issues.
- Perform root cause analysis across configuration, integrations, and user processes.
- Reproduce issues in sandbox environment.
- Implement configuration fixes, data corrections, workarounds, and preventive controls.
