Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Real Estate Sourcing Executive to identify and acquire suitable commercial properties for business expansion. The ideal candidate should have experience in commercial real estate sourcing, strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with brokers, property owners, and developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source suitable commercial properties for business expansion.
- Build, develop, and maintain a strong network of real estate brokers, property owners, and developers.
- Conduct market research, property surveys, and site visits to evaluate potential locations.
- Coordinate with landlords, developers, and stakeholders throughout the property acquisition process.
- Negotiate rental and commercial lease terms to achieve favorable business outcomes.
- Maintain and regularly update the property database, including availability, pricing, and documentation.
- Prepare property evaluation reports and present suitable options to the management team.
- Monitor local real estate market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming commercial developments.
- Ensure all property-related documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth property onboarding and handover.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sourcing, Commercial Leasing, Property Acquisition, or Brokerage.
- Strong knowledge of the Mumbai commercial real estate market.
- Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct market surveys and manage field activities independently.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively for property visits and client meetings.
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in retail expansion, commercial leasing, or real estate consulting will be an added advantage.
