Qualification- Science Graduate/ Diploma with Safety Diploma with min 7 years’ experience
Preparation of safety report / accident/incident investigation reports to the concern department
Ensure full and accurate health and safety and training records are maintained.
Ensure to track / Monitor the compliance of HSE Legal requirement through contractor/ Vendor.
Ensure PTW (Permit to Work) and Tool Box Talks / meeting before start of the execution activities at site.
Ensure to establish a full programmed of documented health & safety inspections, audits and checks.
Manage and devise the agenda for Safety Committee Meeting, chair and formulate & distribute.
Minutes for the Health & Safety Committee meetings. Ensure that all agreed action points are completed within deadlines
Coordinate with site in charges and project manager to conduct Safety induction & job specific training for new recruited
employee before deploying at site.Conduct frequent Safety walks and Safety observation audits. Ensure 100% PPE’s compliance by all at work .
Conduct Project Safety meeting with execution team for execution job following all safety aspects.
Coordinate with Clients safety managers for their safety requirements and ensure compliance to the same
Ensure regular on time monthly reporting to QESH manager for Man-hours, Near miss, Minor and Major accidents, training hours, Lead & Lag indicator.
Coordinate with the site managers for the awards and recognition to the employees following good safety culture at the end of the project.
