Job Description:
Sushma Industries is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities in machine manufacturing, industrial automation, and SPM solutions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong B2B industrial sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Generate enquiries and build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Meet OEMs, end-users, and EPC customers to understand application requirements.
- Conduct customer visits and develop strong business relationships.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Coordinate with design, application, and service teams to deliver customer solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and support order closure.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and management MIS.
Required Skills:
- Experience in B2B industrial sales or business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer applications and provide technical solutions.
- Knowledge of industrial automation, SPMs, machine manufacturing, or engineering products is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business meetings.
