Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine inspection of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- Attend and resolve maintenance complaints within defined timelines.
- Perform preventive maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and civil assets.
- Monitor DG sets, water pumps, STP, WTP, fire safety systems, and other engineering equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, AMC services, and specialized maintenance work.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company SOPs.
- Support pre-opening setup activities and engineering readiness for new properties.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office teams to minimize guest inconvenience.
- Monitor utility consumption and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Desired Candidate Profile
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or related field.
- Prior experience in hotel engineering, facility management, or maintenance operations preferred.
- Sound knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues independently.
- Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency breakdowns.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
