Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Manage incoming sales leads and ensure timely follow-up.
- Assign leads to team members and monitor their performance.
- Communicate with customers in Tamil (both verbal and written) when required.
- Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
- Maintain sales and delivery records and prepare regular reports for management.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales or team leader role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and write fluently in Tamil.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, CRM tools preferred).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Experience in coordinating with logistics / delivery teams is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
