We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer cum Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through visual media, with a keen eye for detail and a strong ability to capture and edit high-quality video content. This role involves working closely with our marketing and creative teams to produce engaging video content for various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Video Production:
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for various purposes, including marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
- Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio devices.
- Conduct interviews, record live events, and create B-roll footage.
- Editing and Post-Production:
- Edit raw footage into polished videos, including cutting, splicing, adding transitions, effects, and sound.
- Enhance video quality through color correction, sound mixing, and other post-production techniques.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and maintain a consistent visual style across all video content.
- Content Development:
- Work with the marketing team to develop video concepts and storyboards that align with brand objectives and messaging.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in videography and video editing to bring fresh ideas and approaches to the team.
- Assist in the planning and execution of video shoots, including location scouting and talent coordination.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
- Organize and archive video assets for easy access and future use.
- Provide support and training to team members on video production best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Videographer and Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of video projects.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation software (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and camera operation.
- Creative mindset with excellent storytelling skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of color grading and audio editing.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and video requirements for each.
- Experience with drone videography.
- Basic graphic design skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
