We are currently looking to hire a Warehouse Executive for our newly established warehouse located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. (JD Attached)
Position Details
Designation: Warehouse Executive / Warehouse In-Charge
Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, negotiable based on qualifications, relevant experience, and overall suitability.
Job Responsibilities
- Independently manage day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Handle inventory management and stock reconciliation using Excel-based systems.
- Coordinate receipt, storage, and dispatch of UPVC profiles and related products.
- Arrange and supervise labour for loading and unloading activities.
- Coordinate with transporters for inward and outward logistics.
- Maintain warehouse records, delivery documentation, and stock reports.
- Possess basic knowledge of GST documentation and e-Way Bills.
- Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and operational standards.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates having experience in the UPVC profile, window & door systems, building materials, or related industries will be preferred.
Preference will be given to candidates currently working with or having prior experience in companies such as Simta, Salamander, Lesso, Prominance, SCL Cora, Kaka Industries, Veastal, Sudhakar, Deceuninck, Dimex, Jamex, Aparna, Okotech, Encraft, Koemmerling, Eureka, Profine, Gealan, NCL Veka, LG Hausys, Namo, Yashpoly, PSP, Innovative, Rajshri, Akshara, Prime, Jinwin-Barbarica, Penta, Fenesta, Aluplast, Duroplast, Lingel, Rehau, or other reputed UPVC profile manufacturers and system companies.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work independently as the sole employee at the warehouse location.
- Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Candidates residing in or around Ghaziabad/NCR will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
