Responsibilities: Welcome and assist customers. Answer phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries. Create service job sheets and maintain records. Coordinate with technicians regarding repair status. Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow-up calls. Maintain customer database and office files. Handle basic computer operations (MS Office, email, internet).
