Experience* 8 to 15 Years
Responsibilities*
Lead end-to-end **manufacturing* *operations of BLDC* *motors and* *controllers
* Ensure achievement of production targets as per plan
Optimize plant productivity and daily operations
Implement effective production planning and capacity control
Improve OEE and minimize downtime
Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement (Lean, Kaizen)
Manage maintenance and enhance equipment reliability
Oversee supply chain coordination and inventory control
Lead, train, and develop cross-functional teams
Control costs and improve operational efficiency
Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance
Implement the Business strategy.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
