We are seeking a committed and field-oriented professional to join our team in Dehradun. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy on-ground coordination, stakeholder engagement, and capacity-building work within a development and technology-driven environment.
The selected candidate will undergo structured training on our digital application and will play a key role in supporting Special Educators (SEs) in adoption, usage, and field-level implementation to ensure effective and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits within Dehradun and nearby locations for project coordination
- Learn and efficiently operate the organization’s digital application
- Train Special Educators (SEs) on application usage and workflows
- Provide ongoing handholding support and resolve basic operational challenges
- Coordinate closely with SEs through regular follow-ups and review interactions
- Assist in on-ground implementation of project activities
- Maintain records, application usage updates, and coordination reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth program execution
Eligibility & Required Skills
- Open to fresh graduates from any academic discipline
- Individuals restarting their careers are encouraged to apply
- Comfortable with daily local travel for field-based work within Dehradun and surrounding areas
- Willingness to learn new technology tools and training processes
- Basic communication and coordination skills
- Must be able to speak and understand basic English for day-to-day interactions
- Must have a laptop and smartphone with stable internet connectivity
- Owning a two-wheeler is preferred for local travel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
