Job Summary
ThinkNEXT Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executives/Managers for our Digital Marketing division. We welcome both freshers and experienced professionals who are passionate about sales, client acquisition, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Identify potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Meet with clients to understand their business requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Present services including SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Lead Generation.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales reports.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team to ensure smooth project execution.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing is preferred.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development is preferred.
- Local candidates from Ludhiana or nearby areas are preferred.
