We are hiring for the position of Team Leader – Recovery & Sales
Job Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader to manage the Recovery and Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring achievement of assigned targets, and overseeing EMI recovery from customers who have availed loans through the PFIL mobile application.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and motivate the Recovery & Sales team
Ensure achievement of monthly recovery and sales targets
Monitor daily calling activities, follow-ups, and performance metrics
Oversee EMI recovery process from customers
Handle escalations and resolve complex recovery cases
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Train and guide team members to improve productivity
Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Experience in Recovery / Collections / Sales Team Handling
Proven track record of target achievement
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Experience in loan recovery or financial services industry preferred
Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment
Salary & Benefits:
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)
