We are a premium luxury solutions company working with some of the finest architects, designers, developers, and hospitality brands across India. Our portfolio includes luxury surfaces, imported tiles, marble, bath fittings, sanitaryware, luxury mosaics, and curated international brands.
We are looking for a highly driven, influential, and relationship-oriented Business Development Manager who can independently handle architect relations and large hospitality/commercial projects across Maharashtra.
This is not a basic sales role.
We need a market-maker, network builder, and execution-focused professional who can open doors, influence specifications, and drive high-value project business.

Key Responsibilities
Architect & Designer Relations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with leading architects, interior designers, Developers, and design studios across Maharashtra.
- Conduct regular architect meetings, presentations, product trainings, and specification sessions.
- Position the company as a preferred luxury solutions partner for premium projects.
- Generate specifications and ensure conversion into executed business.
Hospitality & Large Project Development
- Identify and secure opportunities in:
- Luxury hotels
- Resorts
- Commercial developments
- High-end interior, residential and commercial projects
- Work closely with architects, hotel chains, developers, purchase teams, and consultants.
- Drive projects from concept stage till execution and supply.
Business Expansion
- Create a strong network in Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Nashik, Kolhapur, Ahmednagar, Aurangabad, and emerging Maharashtra markets.
- Develop strategic alliances with key influencers in interiors, architecture and hospitality.
- Track upcoming projects, tenders, redevelopment opportunities, and premium developments.
Sales & Revenue Ownership
- Achieve aggressive sales and project acquisition targets.
- Build a healthy project pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close large-value deals professionally.
Brand Representation
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, launches, design forums, and networking platforms.
- Enhance brand visibility among the premium architecture and hospitality community.
Candidate Profile
Mandatory Requirements
- 5–12+ years of experience in:
- Luxury building materials
- Tiles / marble / surfaces
- Bath fittings / sanitaryware
- Interior products
- Hospitality project sales
- Strong existing architect and hospitality network across Maharashtra.
- Proven experience handling high-value projects and premium clients.
- Ability to independently generate business and close deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly polished personality with professional market presence.
