Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Lead Developer to join our growing engineering team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with hands-on experience in system architecture, scalable application design, and team leadership.
The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, driving technical decisions, mentoring developers, and leveraging AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity and code quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
- Lead end-to-end application development from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Architect and implement robust, secure, and high-performance solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior developers and contribute to team growth.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Utilize AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPT to improve development efficiency.
- Participate in technical planning, sprint activities, and architecture discussions.

Candidate Profile
- 6+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
