We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our growing team and help us acquire new clients for our IT and digital services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through online and offline channels.
- Generate leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and online bidding platforms (Upwork, Clutch, Freelancer, etc.).
- Understand client needs and coordinate with the technical and marketing teams to deliver customized proposals and quotations.
- Manage the entire business development cycle—from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
- Prepare and present business proposals, product demos, and service presentations.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, market movements, and competitor activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales—preferably in IT services or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, software development, digital marketing, and related IT services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and lead generation platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, etc.).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in international client acquisition (US, UK, Middle East, or Europe markets).
- Experience in proposal writing, RFP handling, and online bidding.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and IT trends.
- Existing network of potential clients is a plus.
