About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Civil Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building construction projects and a strong understanding of engineering principles, site supervision and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, executing and monitoring building construction projects
- Prepare material estimates and project timelines
- Submit daily progress reports
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality, safety compliance and progress tracking
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and project stakeholders
- Support senior engineers in quantity estimation, material take-offs and project reports
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards and local building regulations
- Identify and resolve technical issues on-site
Qualifications & Requirements:
- B.E. or B. Tech degree in Civil Engineering— required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and standards
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Office; knowledge of STAAD/ETABS is a plus)
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and site reports
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work on-site, irrespective of location
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
