About Property Engineer
Property Engineer helps home buyers in Pune make the right buying decision. We work on the buyer's side — we give free property reports, project comparisons and honest advice, and we help buyers shortlist and visit the right projects. We currently work on residential projects in Wakad, Tathawade, Punawale and Kiwale, in the ₹70 lakh to ₹1 crore range.
We are a small, fast-moving team. You will get real ownership from day one and you will speak to buyers who have already shown interest — not cold random numbers.
What You Will Do
- Call people who have filled our online enquiry forms (Facebook, Instagram, website) — these are warm leads, not cold calls
- Understand what the buyer is looking for: budget, flat size, location, loan need, and when they plan to buy
- Explain our projects clearly and answer basic questions on price, size, possession and location
- Convince the buyer to come for a site visit and fix a date and time
- Confirm and remind the buyer before the visit so they actually turn up
- Follow up regularly on WhatsApp and calls with buyers who are still deciding
- Keep every lead updated in our CRM / sheet with notes and next follow-up date
- Coordinate with the site team so the visit goes smoothly
- Share honest feedback from buyers with the team so we improve our ads and projects
What We Are Looking For
- Clear, confident speaking in Marathi, Hindi and basic English
- Good listener — someone who asks questions instead of reading out a script
- Comfortable making 60–100 calls a day and staying patient with follow-ups
- Basic comfort with WhatsApp, Google Sheets / Excel and a smartphone or laptop
- Target-driven and honest — we never mislead a buyer to get a visit
- Real estate, insurance, banking, EdTech or BPO sales experience is a plus but not required
- Graduate or 12th pass with strong communication
