Key Responsibilities:
- Design social media posts, banners, infographics, and digital creatives.
- Create brochures, presentations, event collaterals, certificates, and marketing materials.
- Work on branding and communication materials for both digital and print platforms.
- Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and develop new creative ideas and campaigns.
- Improve, adapt, and update existing designs as per project requirements.
- Support the design and layout of annual reports, reports, case studies, and other publications.
- Coordinate with content and communication teams to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
- Complete assigned tasks within timelines and maintain quality standards.
Required Skills:
- A creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and engaging design ideas.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
- Proficiency in Canva for creating social media creatives, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Good understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, colour theory, composition, and layout.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualification:
- Portfolio or sample design work.
- Experience creating social media creatives and digital marketing assets.
- Basic understanding of branding, digital marketing, and content creation.
Eligibility:
- Graduate, Postgraduate, Diploma Holder, or Final-Year BFA Student from any discipline.
- Candidates from Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Digital Media, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
