Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and interview coordination
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and induction
- Help in employee engagement activities
Requirements:
- Pursuing/completed degree (BBA / MBA) in HR
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic HR knowledge preferred
